1. About the service
GiftingGo sells brand gift cards issued by the respective brands through authorised issuance partners. Gift cards are subject to the brand's own terms and validity.
2. Accounts
Personal accounts are verified by mobile OTP. Business accounts require KYC review and approval before bulk purchasing.
3. Purchase limits
Personal accounts may purchase up to 10 vouchers in each 15-day cycle. Business limits are set per account after approval. A single payment may not exceed the configured maximum.
4. Issuance
Vouchers are issued only after payment is confirmed by our payment partner. Delivery times may vary if a brand's issuance system is delayed.
5. Misuse
We may suspend accounts or cancel orders where we detect fraud, abuse or resale in breach of brand terms.
